Five NC Students Win National PTA Reflections Awards

Congratulations to National PTA Reflections winners from North Carolina! Two of the NCPTA winners received National Awards of Excellence, and three NCPTA winners received National Awards of Merit. These national award recipients were chosen from hundreds of thousands of submissions.
