Reflections Arts Program

Encourage creativity and lifelong learning while offering recognition for artistic endeavors. The PTA Reflections Program is designed to enhance quality arts education for students in preschool through grade 12.

Submitting Entries for State-Level of Judging
(For Councils and Local PTAs without Active Councils)

Councils and Local Units without a council must submit entries for state-level judging online. Local Unit PTAs in a county with an active PTA Council do not submit entries to NCPTA. If your PTA is in a county on this Council List, then you must submit directly to the council.
