The NCPTA Nominating Committee is pleased to announce the Slate for State Officers for the 2016 – 2018 term. The Nominating Committee will present the Slate to delegates at the NCPTA State Convention at the General Session on Saturday, May 21.
Treasurer: Pepper Hines, Durham
Pepper Hines has been nominated to serve a second term in the office of Treasurer. She has been an active PTA member for over 20 years serving at the local, council and state levels of PTA. Asked what motivates her as a volunteer, Pepper said “I am motivated by my desire to be of service.” She also said “it is extremely important to be dedicated in promoting the health, well-being and success of all children. My last child graduated in 2004 and I have continuously served in different capacities in this state for the betterment of all children.”
