Reflections Theme Search Competition
Choose a Theme for the 2019-2020 Reflections Program!
National PTA Reflections sponsors a student-focused Theme Search Contest annually to determine a future program theme. NCPTA welcomes all students from PTAs in good standing to participate!
NCPTA will select 5 winning themes in November to represent North Carolina in the contest for the 2019-20 Reflections Theme!
CURRENT & PAST REFLECTIONS THEMES
- The 2017 – 2018 theme is “Within Reach.”
- The 2018-19 theme is “Heroes Around Me”

Theme Search Online Submission
The application period for this contest begins on September 1 and ends October 31, 2017. All theme submissions must be entered online by October 31st.
No paper copies will be submitted to the state office.
Students from PTAs in good standing may submit up to 5 entries. If your theme is selected as one of the five winning entries advancing to National PTA for final judging, NCPTA will contact you to submit additional required paperwork. The 5 winning entries selected to move on to the National competition and represent NCPTA will be featured on the NCPTA website and be recognized at the NCPTA State Reflections Celebration in the spring.
The student who submits the winning entry at the National level of judging will receive $100, and his or her theme will be used to spark creativity during the 2019-20 National PTA Reflections Program.
Themes must be submitted to NCPTA by October 31.
