PTAs play an important role in engaging parents, teachers, and children to live healthier lives. NCPTA is offering Just ASK! Healthy Schools Grants for eligible PTAs in North Carolina.
Eight grants are available for up to $1000 for 2013-2014. The grant funds must be used for a health project or program that will be completed by June 2014. PTAs are encouraged to apply for funding to support healthy school environment projects.
