Announcements of New 2020 School Heroes Delayed

We look forward to announcing the 10 new NC School Heroes, but the coronavirus outbreak has created pressing issues for schools as educators create ways for our students to continue to learn during these difficult times. Since celebrating the new class of School Heroes requires the assistance of schools and their staff, the N.C. Education Lottery will delay the announcement and celebrations until circumstances allow. We look forward to giving each School Hero the recognition they deserve soon.
