Colorado PTA and National PTA, with support from the network of PTAs across the country and overseas, commit to help restore the communities affected by the deadly floods. “Colorado PTA and National PTA extend their sympathies to the children, families and communities affected by the floods in Colorado,” said Otha Thornton, National PTA President. “As America’s oldest and largest child advocacy association, it is our duty to help restore learning environments and support families and educators as communities rebuild. In response to the severe weather, we are drawing closer together to assist the moms, dads, teachers, administrators and children impacted.
