Congratulations to 2019 National PTA Reflections winners from North Carolina! We are so proud to announce that one NCPTA winner received the National Award of Excellence, and four received National Awards of Merit. These national award recipients were chosen from over 1,000 student submissions. Of these submissions, 205 students were selected from 40 State PTA Congresses for national-level recognition.
