Kelly Langston, NCPTA President, joined Gov. Pat McCrory to discuss the state’s effort to curb underage drinking. The goal of the initiative “Talk It Out” is to encourage and empower parents to talk with their children about underage drinking. We applaud the PTAs who sent in dues by Nov. 15 and had total number of members equal to or greater than last year’s membership.
